The Solid 2 Panel

Our Solid 2 Panel barn door has classic lines from top to bottom. Looking at this door, you're reminded of simpler times when functionality reigned supreme but life still allowed for a bit of artistic freedom. From the two raised panels to the gentle arch across the top, this is a door crafted with pride and framed with classic good looks. Each inch of the barn door tells a tale of dedication, humble charm, and well-earned leisure time.

Specifications and Sizing

Sturdy and sleek, the Solid 2 Panel door is made from heavy weight medium density fiberboard, or MDF. We use three sheets of 1/2-inch MDF for each door, creating a solid 1 1/2-inch product designed for frequent use. Each door features two raised panels on the front, with the option to add two on the back. Panels on both sides give a touch of refinement, revealing the style however you approach the door.

We offer the Solid 2 Panel in four widths: 32, 36, 42, and 48 inches. You can also choose from three height options: 80, 84, and 96 inches. Our door features flat raised panels, and we offer the choice of V-groove detailing for a hint of country life. This door arrives with white primer coating, giving you creative freedom to paint according to your design colors.

The Waggoner

Our Waggoner hardware kit takes you back to a time when horseshoes clip-clopped throughout town. The bold yet rugged roller design is reminiscent of American settler exploration, when horse-drawn stagecoaches made their way across the unexplored West.

This roller and rail kit has pride of place when attached to the door, all while gliding quietly each time you pass through. Pair it with the Double Z Barn Door, the Westwood Modern Barn Door, or our newest favorite, the Solid 2 Panel Barn Door. Specifications and Sizing

The Waggoner rolling hardware kit supports doors weighing up to 220 pounds and comes in a standard black finish. Each roller measures 7 5/16-inches wide and 9 1/16-inches long, extending from the wall 2 9/16 inches. Our standard rail measures 78 3/4 inches, but if you're looking at a double set of doors, switch out the rail for one measuring 100 inches.
