The Classic Barn Door Design Series is made from genuine Knotty Alder wood and offered in two distinct textures. Choose from Rustic Knotty Alder, featuring closed-pore graining with natural wormholes, pits, and knot patterns—or Barnwood Knotty Alder, which includes enhanced distressing for a true reclaimed barnwood look.

Each door is built using authentic 6-inch wide, ¾-inch thick tongue-and-groove planks, with 1-inch thick cross or slanted rails mounted on one side. 

We do not pre-drill doors for hardware, allowing you to choose the best placement for your installation. However, if you order our inset Vista handle, we’ll rout the hole into the door for you.
